You may start wondering why it is that the agent you’re speaking to seems to be treating you like you just shat into the phone and are forcing them to taste it every time you speak. Maybe it’s you. Is your problem really so stupid? Not really. If it seems like the level two tech is barely even able to feign interest in what you’re saying, it is because he’s barely able to feign interest in what you’re saying.
