We want to hire the best people even if you don’t have 20 years of PHP experience, haven’t spent 15 years administering CentOS, didn’t get a great GPA in college (I don’t even know mine, but it wasn’t good), and aren’t interested in how to relocate a volcano using every gas station in Los Angeles. I don’t even know what J2EE is.
Simply, we want to find and work with people who are awesome at what they do.
